Managing significant incidents through the phases of Response, Recovery, and Resumption needs to be well orchestrated, rehearsed, supported with appropriate tools such as Business Continuity Plans, and above all everyone needs to be fully trained in their roles.
Successful Crisis Management of an incident results in the reduction of the longevity of the incident, minimising the adverse impacts the business is subjected to, and an improved confidence and engagement in those involved.

We create Crisis Management Plans and Crisis Communications Plans to ensure that organisations can respond to and recover from significant incidents efficiently, no matter the scenario.

We design, create, and facilitate Crisis Management system exercises ranging from simple walkthrough events to fully simulated crises that require everyone to play out their response roles and responsibilities as if the significant incident had occurred in real life.
